What do the Nerds do?

Nerdworld is a technology show that is all about having fun, and making advanced technology easy to understand.

Nerdworld was born in the mid 1990’s as a video Podcast on the Helloworld.com network. After the “DOTCOM” bubble the Nerds went dormant. “They” say 2015 was the year of “live- streaming” platforms like Meerkat, Periscope and finally Blab.im. It was clear that Blab was different than other one-way video platforms because Blab allows four simultaneous viewers, and, as such, facilitates live podcasting. Therefore, the Nerds decided to reboot Nerdworld on Blab in late 2015. Blab passed away in 2016 and Nerdworld went dormant again. We did do an episode on the dangers of 5G and rebooted Nerdworld during the pandemic of 2020. Nerdword is back on as a monthly podcast broadcast on Facebook using Zoom

The Nerds always have relevant content and aim to share their technical knowledge with their viewers. You will see the Nerds talking about such things as drones, online scams and security, the Internet of Things, human perception, and many other technical topics. And, the Nerds always have an adult beverage during the program. So, grab your beverage of choice and come have some fun and learn something.
